1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by True Choice Realty Tennessee ("Sponsor"). Brokerage phone number: 423-561-8902

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Tennessee who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time on June 23, 2026 ("Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the online entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase, payment, consultation, property tour, listing agreement, contract, or use of real estate services is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one (1) Coca-Cola cooler full of summer goodies. Prize is awarded as-is and is non-transferable. No cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on June 24, 2026.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery / Pickup

The winner must arrange for local pickup of the prize in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial, city, likeness, and giveaway-related statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

12. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits duplicate or fraudulent entries, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, brokers, agents, employees, contractors, and representatives from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote it.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administration of this giveaway.

16. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Summer Giveaway Winner Request no later than 30 days after June 24, 2026.
